We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) ready to accelerate the next-generation SEO Ads Manager. We're tranforming insight to execution, making it a powerhouse solution for agencies and website owners to grow organic traffic.
Our mission is to make SEO optimization accessible, efficient and comprehensible, to build tech geared by user input, innovation and iteration adapted to a fast-paced digital tomorrow.
What you will do
As a CSM, you will manage a portfolio of strategic customers. You will be responsible for developing a successful and positive customer experience starting with a successful onboarding all the way through to adoption, renewals and expansion/upsell. The customer should feel your aura of solid knowledge and passion for their business needs.
Furthermore, we need to demonstrate our value proposition to new businesses. Success will be determined by advocating our solutions and generating new leads on a global scale. No point keeping it for ourselves.
What will you be doing?
- Contact new and manage our happy customers - and keep them happy
- Understand the customer use case
- Increase the product value for the client
- Manage renewals and ensure a high degree of user engagement
- Coordinate partnership support with tech, agencies and freelancers
- Be an advisor towards clients and users throughout the lead and onboarding stages
- Own the customer success metrics of your client portfolio
- Manage and reduce client churn
- Educate and train, but also learn from our customers
- Create and publish brand building content
Who do we think you are?
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or from a similar client-facing role, or as a SEO specialist
- A proven record of driving increased value for clients and partners
- Enjoy the role of being a first-line technical resource for customers
- Knowledge of churn and how to run renewal negotiations with customers
- A solid understand of SEO and digital marketing
- Enjoy creating and maintaining leads
- Discovering and understanding customer needs
